Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Store Manager to lead retail operations at the Tommy Hilfiger Kids outlet in Roosendaal. The successful candidate will oversee daily store management, team leadership, customer experience, and sales performance for this iconic lifestyle brand. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and brand experience aligned with Tommy Hilfiger's global positioning
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance retail culture
