Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening, closing, and daily sales floor activities
- Conduct strategic business analysis and communicate performance opportunities to senior leadership
- Drive top-line sales results while managing controllable expenses and profit margins
- Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with Assistant and Associate Managers

- Process, restock, and remerchendise inventory according to brand vision and seasonal requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role with demonstrated key holder responsibilities

- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and manage daily operations while supporting broader business objectives
- Strong strategic thinking and real-time problem-solving capabilities
