Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations in Tamuning, Guam. This role encompasses full accountability for store profitability, sales performance, staff recruitment and development, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The Store Manager serves as the principal liaison between store operations and corporate functions, overseeing all departments, optimizing customer service standards, and driving business growth through operational excellence and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and exceed sales and profit targets while minimizing losses and ensuring distinctive, impeccably maintained store environments
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and enhance store traffic and profitability
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop management and sales staff embodying the Tommy Hilfiger brand image and values
- Oversee all departments to maximize performance, analyze sales trends, and execute merchandising strategies accordingly
- Maintain the highest customer service standards through effective supervision of sales floor operations and associate engagement
- Manage controllable expenses including payroll allocation, inventory shrinkage, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, security and safety protocols
- Supervise receiving, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations associated with the store
- Communicate professionally and effectively with corporate support services including Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, and Merchandising
- Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand through personal and professional appearance and conduct
- Lead by example, demonstrating teamwork, accountability, and commitment to company standards

Skills
Experience

Education
