Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the store management team to build business opportunities and achieve company standards including sales and wage budgets, sales per hour (SPH), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, and store profitability
- Identify operational opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and drive business growth
- Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising directives, floor standards, and best practices across sales floor and back-of-house operations
- Communicate regularly with buying and merchandising teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure demographic appropriateness of inventory
- Analyse store-level performance reports and develop actionable plans to address underperformance and optimise key metrics
- Conduct daily communication with staff regarding individual sales goals, KPIs, store results, and product information to enable unparalleled service delivery
- Oversee all aspects of workforce planning including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new team members
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to employees through daily, weekly, and monthly development sessions with appropriate documentation
- Lead and participate in weekly management meetings, regional meetings, and other staff gatherings
- Make strategic decisions based on available information whilst managing stress and responding to changing business conditions
- Establish challenging yet attainable goals with emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance

Qualifications
- Progressive retail experience with proven store management background in service or retail sectors
- Extensive experience delivering high-level customer service in a brand retail environment
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales forecasting, and people management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels
