Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations with focus on key performance indicators and financial targets
- Recruit, train, and coach team members; provide ongoing development and performance management
- Ensure implementation of all sales processes and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while acquiring new clientele
