Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Store Manager for its Parramatta Westfield store on a fixed-term contract through September 2027. The role leads store operations, customer experience, team development, sales performance, stock management and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store’s operations and create an engaging customer experience.
- Understand team members’ strengths and develop them through coaching, recognition and career development.
- Own store performance and focus the team on sales results, targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, mentor and motivate the team.
- Manage stock and visual merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
- Experience achieving KPIs, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic, with a positive attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
