Tommy Hilfiger Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue and profit while minimizing losses and ensuring visually distinctive, impeccably maintained store environment
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals and KPIs
• Oversee customer service standards and ensure consistent brand representation through personal and professional appearance
• Manage all store personnel including hiring, training, motivation and performance supervision to reinforce brand positioning
• Develop associates across product knowledge, merchandising, operations, customer service and career advancement
• Take full accountability for store productivity, profitability, staffing and inventory results including sales growth tracking
• Maintain highest security and safety protocols; conduct problem analysis and generate solutions
• Manage controllable expenses including payroll allocation and expense reduction initiatives
• Execute merchandising strategy including markdown analysis, replenishment timing, inventory organization and floor presentation
• Represent Tommy Hilfiger in community partnerships and attend mall management meetings to identify traffic and sales opportunities
• Lead by example and maintain team morale through professional, respectful and courteous treatment of all staff

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience with demonstrated success in multi-unit or high-volume store environments
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage P&L, control expenses and drive profitability
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with track record of hiring, developing and retaining strong management and sales teams
• Advanced communication skills—both written and verbal—suitable for liaison role between store operations, corporate support services and external partners
• Deep product knowledge and merchandising expertise with ability to analyze sales trends and optimize inventory mix
• Demonstrated ability to maintain store standards, security protocols and operational compliance
• Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional brand experience

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in an assistant store manager or store manager capacity within a branded, multi-unit environment. Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, building high-performance teams, and executing operational excellence.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
