Tommy Hilfiger Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate sales and profit while maintaining the store's visual distinction and impeccable presentation
• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
• Oversee customer service standards at the highest possible level and ensure consistent brand representation
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise management and sales staff who embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and supervise the sales floor to ensure customer and associate awareness
• Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in product, merchandising, operations, customer service, and sales
• Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations; maintain security and safety awareness
• Manage all controllable expenses, including payroll allocation and inventory shrinkage
• Maintain thorough knowledge of stockroom organization and systems; replenish merchandise on a timely basis
• Communicate professionally with associates and all support services (Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, Merchants)
• Analyze and react to business needs; identify top sellers and slow sellers to fulfill merchandising strategy
• Establish solid partnerships with mall, local community, and corporate partners to increase store traffic and sales
• Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed; maintain organization of merchandise, fixtures, and hardware

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
• Leadership experience with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a diverse team
• Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail merchandising practices

Skills

Experience

Proven retail management experience with demonstrated success in leading store operations, driving sales growth, and managing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in a luxury or fashion retail setting is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
