Tommy Hilfiger Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
• Oversee and maintain customer service standards to the highest possible level
• Communicate professionally and effectively with associates and all support services, acting as liaison for corporate communications
• Represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand through personal and professional appearance
• Take responsibility for store productivity and profitability, including sales growth, staffing, and inventory results
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise management and sales staff with strong presentation and communication skills
• Manage all controllable expenses, including payroll allocation
• Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
• Supervise the sales floor to ensure customer and associate engagement at all times
• Analyze and react to business needs, identify top sellers and slow sellers, and fulfill merchandising strategy
• Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure compliance with receiving, shipping, and inventory procedures
• Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in product, merchandising, operations, customer service, and sales

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience in a multi-unit or large-format retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in retail operations systems and point-of-sale software
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices

Skills

Experience

Substantial experience in retail store management, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand environment. Candidate should demonstrate a track record of successful sales performance, team development, and operational excellence in a multi-department retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
