Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the Lelystad Outlet location and drive operational excellence across sales performance, customer experience, and team leadership. The successful candidate will partner with the management team to achieve company standards and goals including sales and wage budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rates, and profitability. This role demands a passionate brand advocate who inspires their team through entrepreneurial spirit while maintaining first-class in-store standards and fostering a positive retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve sales budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion rates, wage and expense control, shrinkage targets, and profitability
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business and improve performance
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff members fairly and consistently
• Ensure door-to-floor best practices, visual merchandising directives, and sales floor and back room standards are executed and continuously reviewed
• Communicate regularly with buying team to ensure correct stock levels and demographically appropriate inventory availability
• Analyze store-level reports and develop action plans to improve results
• Communicate with staff daily on individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, and product information
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes
• Provide training and coaching for employees at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals with appropriate documentation
• Lead weekly management meetings and regional meetings while contributing to strategic discussions
• Make commitments and decisions on available information even under stressful and changing conditions
• Set challenging but attainable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Coordinate action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions
• Convey clear ideas and goals, manage implementation, and drive measurable and achievable results
• Create energy and excitement around shared goals and brand values

Qualifications

• Progressive retail experience with demonstrated advancement
• Store management experience in service or retail industry
• Extensive experience delivering high-level customer service in brand retail environment
• Proven retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management experience
• Effective communication skills with ability to build relationships easily
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates contributions and achievements of others
• Confident ability to provide feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Strong people management skills with conflict resolution capability
• Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly, and work with pace
• Energetic and authentic presence on shop floor
