Tommy Hilfiger Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve company standards and financial goals including sales budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, wage and expense control, shrinkage mitigation, and profitability targets
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and improve store performance
• Foster a consistently positive and fair store environment for both customers and staff through exemplary leadership and mentorship
• Execute door-to-floor best practices and visual merchandising directives; review and refine standards for continuous improvement across sales floor and back-room operations
• Communicate regularly with the buying team to ensure appropriate stock levels and demographically-aligned inventory availability
• Analyze store-level reports and develop data-driven action plans to improve results and key performance metrics
• Conduct daily communications with staff regarding individual sales goals, store results, product performance, and other critical performance indicators
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes; maintain appropriate documentation of all training and development activities
• Lead weekly management meetings and participate in regional meetings; drive strategic discussions and organizational alignment
• Make sound decisions under stressful and changing conditions, balancing available information with business priorities
• Set challenging yet attainable goals with emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Coordinate action plans while considering consequences and budgetary constraints; convey clear ideas and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive retail experience with proven track record in store management
• Previous store management experience in the service or retail industry
• Demonstrated expertise in connecting with consumers within a brand retail environment
• Strong background in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales management
• Proven people management experience with ability to resolve conflict and foster collaboration
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with capacity to cultivate belonging and inclusivity
• Demonstrated courage in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with pace in fast-paced retail environments
• High energy and charisma; ability to inspire trust and maintain strong presence on the shop floor
