PVH seeks an experienced Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Istanbul İstinyepark. Lead team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experience in this full-time retail leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards throughout the store
- Identify and remediate CX deficiencies through feedback analysis, targeted training, and staff coaching
- Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring retail tenants and conduct competitive market analysis
- Monitor current trends and develop insights into customer profiles through community engagement
- Develop and oversee professional advancement of store personnel in collaboration with Deputy Managers
- Manage performance evaluations, propose tailored development plans, and lead recruitment initiatives
- Qualify staffing and FTE requirements with the Area Manager
- Oversee workforce planning and scheduling managed by Deputy Managers
- Coordinate store priorities and operational calendars through regular team mechanisms
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs using data insights to drive sales improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable Store Manager or similar role within a structured retail environment
- Highly developed business acumen and financial literacy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience
Minimum 5 years in a Store Manager or equivalent role within a structured retail or fashion-retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and optimizing customer experience in a multi-brand or premium retail setting.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
