Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Store Manager for its Homebush DFO store in Sydney. The role leads team performance, stock management and visual merchandising while driving retail KPIs; full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop KPIs.
  • Recruit, mentor, and motivate the store team.
  • Manage stock and visual merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or the retail apparel industry.
  • Experience achieving KPIs, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Vibrant, energetic, and authentic, with a positive attitude.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
