Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and strategic direction, ensuring all key performance indicators and business targets are met
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team whilst fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Serve as brand ambassador and representative of the Tommy Hilfiger premium lifestyle brand in all customer and community interactions
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations including inventory management, merchandising, loss prevention, and administrative functions
- Build and maintain customer relationships, cultivate loyalty programmes, and develop a base of repeat clientele
- Execute efficient merchandise management and active floor space management to maximize sales and customer engagement
- Operate and manage omnichannel retail systems and point-of-sale technology
- Participate in regular area meetings and cross-functional collaboration with Retail Area Manager, HR Business Partner, and specialist departments
- Communicate effectively with Retail Operations and Merchandise Allocation teams to optimise inventory positioning and stock allocation
Qualifications
- Multiple years of senior leadership experience in textile or fashion retail
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a store environment
- Strong people management and emotional intelligence capabilities
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret KPIs and retail metrics
- Fluent English language skills; proficiency with standard PC applications and retail management systems
- Valid driving license (desirable)

Multiple years of senior management experience in textile or fashion retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, managing teams, and optimising store operations in a premium lifestyle environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management training or certification desirable.
