Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and maintaining impeccable store appearance and visual distinctiveness
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and merchandising strategies to achieve and exceed business goals
- Establish and maintain customer service standards at the highest level across all customer touchpoints
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise management and sales staff who embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and develop all associates through knowledge-building in product, merchandising, operations, and customer service
- Supervise the sales floor to ensure consistent customer and associate awareness
- Analyze merchandise performance, identify top and slow sellers, manage replenishment, and execute markdowns and re-merchandising as needed
- Manage all controllable expenses, including payroll allocation and inventory shrinkage improvement initiatives
- Maintain security, safety awareness, and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operations
- Communicate professionally with associates and corporate support functions (Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, Merchandising) to act as liaison for corporate communications
- Attend mall and center management meetings and develop partnerships with local community and corporate partners to drive store traffic and sales
- Maintain organization of stockroom and off-site inventory areas; oversee receiving, shipping, and transfer procedures
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail store management or equivalent leadership experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger brand
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales growth and manage profitability
- Experience with team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation principles
- Proficiency with retail operations systems and procedures
- Ability to recognize problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or accessible luxury fashion retail environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
