Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operational functions including opening, closing, and daily management while driving top-line sales results
- Conduct strategic business analysis, manage controllable expenses, and communicate performance opportunities to senior leadership
- Recruit, develop, and performance-manage store team members in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through warm, engaging interactions that inspire brand loyalty and sales conversion
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and Loss Prevention protocols across the store team
- Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and departmental budgets
- Execute visual merchandising, product restocking, and inventory control including RFID systems where applicable
- Champion brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision through personal engagement and team coaching
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and long-term development initiatives to improve team performance and store metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated key holder responsibilities
- Track record of successful team development and performance management
- Excellence in strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and real-time decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Passion for luxury lifestyle retail and alignment with brand values and vision
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
