Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales and profit while minimizing losses and maintaining a visually distinctive, impeccably maintained store environment
- Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals and targets

- Manage all controllable expenses, including payroll allocation and budget oversight

- Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in product, merchandising, operations, customer service, sales and career growth opportunities
- Supervise the sales floor effectively to ensure customer and associate awareness at all times

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience, ideally in a multi-unit or high-volume retail environment. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience in apparel or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
