Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales and profit whilst minimizing losses and ensuring the store maintains a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained appearance
- Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
- Oversee and maintain customer service standards to the highest possible level
- Communicate professionally and effectively with associates and all support services within the company, acting as the liaison for corporate communications including Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, and Merchants
- Take full responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results
- Hire, train, motivate and supervise management and sales staff who demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger brand image
- Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, sales and growth opportunities within the company
- Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer and associate awareness at all times
- Manage all controllable expenses, including the allocation of payroll
- Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store
- Attend mall and center management meetings and create solid partnerships with mall, local community, and corporate partners to identify business opportunities
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols and ensure compliance with all Receiving, Shipping, HUB Processing, third-party deliveries and Transfer procedures
- Maintain an organized stockroom and off-site area
- Analyze and react to the needs of the business, identify top sellers and slow sellers, and fulfill merchandising strategy
- Replenish merchandise on a timely basis and execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed

- Thorough knowledge of stockroom organization and systems

Skills
Experience
Substantial experience in retail store management, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand environment. Proven track record of driving sales performance, managing multi-functional teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or general education development (GED) qualification required. Further retail management training or certification is beneficial.
