Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting the brand's iconic lifestyle collections while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily store operational functions including opening, closing, sales performance tracking, and in-the-moment coaching of the store team
- Conduct strategic business analysis and develop long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance
- Own recruitment, talent development, and performance management of store personnel in partnership with Assistant/Associate Managers
- Enforce all company policies and procedures while serving as a coach and point of reference for loss prevention training and techniques
- Lead inventory control and RFID management when applicable, and direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets
- Maintain brand standards and visual presentation through processing, restocking, and remerchandising of merchandise in accordance with brand vision
- Communicate opportunities and strategic insights to senior leadership and drive top-line sales results while managing controllable expenses
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated team development and management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, and resolve complex issues in real-time
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and brand representation
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
