Role & Responsibilities
- Generate sales and profit while maintaining visual distinctiveness and impeccable store presentation
- Identify and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business and profitability goals

Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in a multi-department environment with demonstrated success in sales growth, staff development and operational excellence.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or college coursework in business management preferred.
