Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Store Manager for its Land of Legends location in Antalya to lead customer experience, sales performance, workforce planning, recruitment and team development. The role also includes competitor analysis, local market engagement and coordination of store priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and uphold exceptional customer experience (CX) standards in the store.
- Identify and address customer experience issues through feedback, training and coaching for sales staff.
- Build collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses for go-to-market initiatives and conduct competitor analysis.
- Monitor current trends and understand customer profiles through media and engagement with the local community.
- Develop store personnel and oversee their professional growth, defining training needs with Deputies.
- Manage performance evaluations, propose development plans and lead recruitment processes.
- Advise the Area Manager on full-time equivalent (FTE) and role requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning managed by Deputies.
- Coordinate store priorities through regular mechanisms, taking the retail calendar and project timelines into account.
- Analyze business performance using data from Business Analyst and identify actions to improve sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
- Highly developed business acumen.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
