PVH seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Alpenrhein, Switzerland. Lead retail operations, build teams, and drive profitability in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and financial performance according to established KPIs and business objectives
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team whilst fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
- Serve as brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger, embodying the premium lifestyle brand values in all customer and team interactions
- Oversee all store-operational activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display standards
