Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stockroom Specialist to manage merchandise flow at its Valmontone outlet location. Reporting to the store management team, the candidate will oversee inventory receipt and dispatch, coordinate stock transfers, maintain accurate inventory records, and support sales staff with product replenishment to maximize sales effectiveness and optimize storage organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch products and supplies with accuracy, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
- Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers whilst resolving any delivery delays or discrepancies
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise to prevent stock shrinkage and ensure product integrity
- Process and distribute invoices within established timelines
- Distribute products to sales floor and manage returns to ensure complete size assortment is maintained at all times
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom or warehouse experience in retail environments
- Strong operational and organisational capabilities with demonstrated pro-activity
- Proficient with computer systems and warehouse management software
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends
