Tommy Hilfiger seeks an internship candidate to join the retail stockroom team in Rome. The role involves managing merchandise flow, receiving and quality inspection of incoming shipments, coordinating internal stock transfers, and collaborating with sales staff to maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor. The successful candidate will support inventory documentation, process returns, and ensure organized storage and replenishment of inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming shipments and track deliveries, addressing delays and coordinating internal stock transfers
- Inspect and evaluate quantity and quality of incoming merchandise, documenting non-conformities and discrepancies
- Participate in invoice processing and distribution according to established timelines
- Collaborate with sales team on product distribution across the sales floor and manage returns to ensure complete size and style availability
