A Stockroom Specialist is sought to manage merchandise flow and inventory within a flagship Tommy Hilfiger retail location in Milan, reporting directly to store management. The role encompasses receiving and shipping product, coordinating internal stock transfers, quality control, and distributing merchandise across the sales floor to maximize availability and sales. This position requires demonstrated retail operations experience, strong organizational skills, and availability for weekend shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and ship merchandise and supplies with accuracy and efficiency
- Track shipments and coordinate internal inventory transfers while resolving any delays
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise upon receipt
- Process and distribute invoices within established timelines
- Distribute products across the sales floor and manage returns to ensure complete size assortments are maintained
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a stockroom or warehouse role within retail
- Demonstrated proactivity and strong operational and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, particularly weekends
