Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a part-time Stockroom Specialist for its Istanbul IstinyePark store. Reporting to the store management team, the role manages product flow and storage, supports sales-floor replenishment, and handles shipments, stock transfers, incoming goods, invoices, and returns. The position offers two days off per week and a 40-hour workweek.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flow within the store and organize product storage for efficient use.
- Support Sales Advisors with replenishing products on the sales floor.
- Ship and receive products and materials accurately.
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
- Check the quantity and quality of incoming products.
- Process and distribute invoices on time.
- Distribute products to the sales floor and manage returns to ensure a full size range is available.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in the retail sector.
- Dynamic and proactive, with strong operational and organizational skills.
- Excellent ability to use information technology tools.
