Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and ship products and materials with accuracy
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Distribute products to sales floor and manage returns to maintain full size-range availability
- Support Sales Consultants with restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Organize and maintain stockroom with optimal operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role within retail
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency with Information Technology tools and systems
- Willingness to work shift schedules, particularly weekends
