Part-time stockroom specialist position reporting to store management at Tommy Hilfiger Catanzaro. The role encompasses merchandise flow management, inventory coordination, and product distribution across the sales floor to maximize availability and sales. The incumbent will oversee receiving and shipping procedures, monitor stock levels and quality, process invoices, manage returns, and maintain organized storage systems to ensure optimal product presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and ship merchandise and supplies accurately, tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers while resolving delays
- Quality control and quantity verification of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices within established timelines
- Distribute products across the sales floor and manage returns to ensure complete size and style assortment availability
- Maintain organized stockroom systems and support Sales Assistants with floor replenishment to maximize sales performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom or inventory management within retail environments
- Strong organizational and operational capabilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management tools
- Availability to work shift schedules, including weekends
