Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stockroom Specialist to manage product flow within a retail outlet environment. The successful candidate will coordinate shipment receipt and delivery, oversee inventory transfers, verify incoming merchandise quality and quantity, process invoices, and distribute products to the sales floor while managing returns. This part-time position reports to the store management team and requires operational excellence in a warehouse setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flow and inventory within the stockroom environment
- Support Sales Associates with restocking of merchandise on the sales floor
- Organize product storage in an efficient and functional manner
- Receive and dispatch products and materials with accuracy
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Distribute products to the sales area and manage returns to ensure full size range availability
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role within retail
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Proficiency with IT tools and systems
- Ability to work shift schedules, particularly weekends
