Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, dispatch, and properly process merchandise and materials shipments
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays
- Conduct quality and quantity control inspections of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Distribute products to sales areas and manage returns to ensure full size assortment availability
- Support sales consultants with restocking on the sales floor
- Organize product storage in the most functional manner
- Report to store management team on inventory status and operational matters
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role in retail
- Strong operational and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with IT systems and tools
- Ability to work shift schedules, particularly weekends
