Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the wider management team to build business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
- Process deliveries, transfers, and stock-related duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Accept incoming deliveries onto the system and organize stock in the stockroom using initiative to improve stock management methods
- Ensure shop floor replenishment is completed correctly and in a timely fashion through effective delegation
- Drive SKU accuracy and lead physical stock takes
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results
- Participate in weekly management meetings alongside other staff gatherings
- Communicate store and individual sales goals, performance expectations, and results to staff with guidance on improvement measures
- Manage communication boards and facility-related matters including access controls and alarm systems
- Serve as an RFID champion for central London, working closely with the central operations team to support other stores as needed
- Build strong relationships with key departments and personnel at headquarters, buying and merchandising team, facilities, and loss prevention
- Compile feedback with the Store Manager on product and stock concerns, producing reports and analysis with action plans
- Conduct daily and weekly stockroom walks with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Own the rollout and operation of in-store omnichannel and digital projects
Qualifications
- Previous track record within hospitality or retail operations
- Hands-on stock handling experience
- Knowledge of stock control systems, preferably FIORI, Store Force, and RFID
- Strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and manage disagreements productively
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease
