Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving and shipping operations including HUB and third-party deliveries
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas
- Process merchandise to floor-ready standards
- Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well-represented on the sales floor
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Develop and demonstrate proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate store associates to meet goals and objectives
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks across multiple warehouse functions
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as assigned
- Conduct inventory counting and price change activities
- Maintain stockroom organization including merchandise, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and documentation
- Follow inventory shrinkage improvement protocols
- Set up point-of-sale systems in a timely and effective manner
- Replenish merchandise on a timely basis
- Communicate merchandise-related issues to management
- Demonstrate professional image and conduct at all times
- Support all company policies and management decisions
- Complete applicable sections of the management training program
- Pass CHC (Cardholder Compliance) testing

Skills
Experience
Prior supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or retail operations environment is preferred. Experience with merchandise receiving, shipping, and inventory management is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or warehouse management training is advantageous.
