Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stockroom Lead Associate for its Pottstown, PA retail location to manage inventory, shipping, and merchandise operations on a part-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receiving and shipping operations, including HUB deliveries, third-party shipments, and special orders
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas with meticulous inventory management
- Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines when restocking merchandise
- Monitor and maintain appropriate sales floor inventory levels to prevent overstock or depletion
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with team members and management
- Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
- Motivate associates to meet sales and operational goals
- Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and shipment processing documentation
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols
- Maintain stockroom organization including merchandise, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness standards
- Oversee POS setup timing and effectiveness
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandise activities as directed
