Role & Responsibilities

• Prioritizes customer satisfaction at all times.
• Supports the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is available, replenished and easily accessible.
• Follows all customer service policies and shares relevant feedback with management.
• Uses company-provided digital tools to ensure the sales floor is replenished according to demand and to support efficient customer service.
• Receives and processes merchandise accurately and prepares shipments reliably.
• Maintains an orderly, structured organization of merchandise in the stockroom and external storage areas.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and sorts it correctly by item and size.
• Follows visual merchandising standards when replenishing and restocking the sales floor.
• Conducts inventory counts, price changes and markdowns accurately and efficiently.
• Follows company policies, processes and programs for reducing inventory loss.
• Acts professionally and represents the brand authentically.
• Works collaboratively with the team and actively contributes to achieving store goals.
• Communicates concerns and feedback openly and respectfully to management.
• Ensures the store’s appearance meets brand standards.
• Keeps stock areas, fixtures and merchandise neat and clean.
• Ensures merchandise is promptly replenished on the sales floor.
• Keeps up to date with merchandise and assortment changes and reports relevant issues to management.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail or a warehouse is an advantage.
• Strong care and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Good time management to reliably meet daily operational requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
• Clear and effective communication and a collaborative approach to work.
• Reliably follows policies, processes and brand standards.
