Role & Responsibilities

• Prioritizes customer satisfaction at all times.
• Supports the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is available, replenished and easy to access.
• Follows customer service policies and shares relevant feedback with management.
• Uses company-provided digital tools to ensure the sales floor is replenished in line with demand and to support efficient customer service.
• Receives and processes merchandise accurately and prepares shipments reliably.
• Maintains an orderly, structured organization of merchandise in the stockroom and external storage areas.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and sorts it correctly by style and size.
• Follows visual merchandising standards when replenishing and restocking the sales floor.
• Conducts inventory counts, price changes and markdowns accurately and efficiently.
• Follows company policies, processes and programs to reduce inventory loss.
• Demonstrates professionalism and represents the brand authentically.
• Works collaboratively with the team and actively contributes to achieving store targets.
• Communicates concerns and feedback openly and respectfully with management.
• Ensures the store’s appearance meets brand standards.
• Keeps stock areas, fixtures and merchandise tidy and clean.
• Replenishes merchandise on the sales floor promptly.
• Keeps up to date with merchandise and assortment changes and reports relevant issues to management.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail or a warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Strong care and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Good time management to reliably meet daily operational requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
• Clear, effective communication and a collaborative working style.
• Reliable adherence to policies, processes and brand standards.
