Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming merchandise shipments from HUB and third-party deliveries, including special orders, with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of fixtures and hardware
- Prepare merchandise as 'floor ready' and replenish sales floor inventory to maximize style and size representation
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Monitor and communicate merchandise-related issues to management, executing markdowns and re-merchandising as needed
- Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols
- Support customer service standards and assist sales associates as needed
- Execute Point-of-Sale setup in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications
