Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including HUB and third-party deliveries and special orders
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas with proper labeling, arrangement, and cleanliness
- Maximize sales floor visibility by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented and restocked on a timely basis
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with divisional philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Monitor and maintain appropriate sales floor inventory levels to prevent stockouts
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising activities as directed
- Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including shipment processing and inventory documentation
- Participate in inventory counts and price change activities
- Demonstrate professional image, conduct, and adherence to dress code policies
- Communicate concerns and merchandise-related issues to management
- Support company policies, procedures, and management decisions
Qualifications
- Retail background preferred
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members
