Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stockroom Associate to support shipping, receiving, and merchandise management at the Pottstown, PA retail location. The role encompasses processing HUB and third-party deliveries, maintaining organized stockroom operations, ensuring floor-ready merchandise presentation, and maximizing sales potential through proper inventory levels and visual standards. The candidate will also provide customer service support and maintain operational compliance across all designated tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments, HUB deliveries, and third-party merchandise shipments with accuracy
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas for optimal operational efficiency
- Ensure merchandise styles and sizes are well-represented on the sales floor to maximize sales volume
- Execute visual presentation standards consistent with brand philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor while adhering to company standards
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with store team members
- Process paperwork accurately and maintain records for all receiving and shipping activities
- Execute price changes, markdowns, and re-merchandising as directed by management
- Support customer service as a priority and follow all established customer service guidelines
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and adherence to divisional dress code policy
- Collaborate as a team member to accomplish store goals and support management decisions
- Follow all Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols and company policies
