Tommy Hilfiger seeks a part-time Stockroom Associate for its Oceanside, New York retail location. The successful candidate will manage receiving and shipping operations, maintain organized stockroom areas, and ensure merchandise is optimally presented on the sales floor to maximize sales potential. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming merchandise shipments from HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas
- Ensure accurate merchandise levels on sales floor to maximize sales potential
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines when restocking merchandise
- Execute price changes, markdowns, and re-merchandising activities as directed
- Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures
- Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization of merchandise, fixtures, hardware and general areas
- Support POS setup and ensure timely effectiveness
- Monitor and communicate merchandise-related issues to management
