Tommy Hilfiger seeks an experienced Stockroom Associate to manage merchandise flow and inventory distribution at a retail location in Italy. Reporting to store management, the successful candidate will coordinate shipments, process incoming stock, ensure proper shelf stocking, and maintain efficient warehouse organization to maximize sales performance and product availability across all size ranges.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, ship, and process merchandise and supplies with accuracy and efficiency
- Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers while resolving delivery delays
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming merchandise
- Process and distribute invoices within established timelines
- Distribute products throughout the sales floor and manage returns to ensure complete size range availability
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail stockroom or warehouse operations
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management tools
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends
