The Stockroom Associate manages store merchandise flow, supports sales-floor replenishment and ensures products are stored and distributed effectively. The role is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week, with individual compensation within the €23,500–€31,000 annual base salary range determined by objective, gender-neutral criteria and prorated for the contracted hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of merchandise in the store, supporting Sales Assistants with replenishment on the sales floor to maximize sales and arranging product storage efficiently.
- Ship and receive products and supplies accurately.
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
- Check the quantity and quality of incoming merchandise.
- Process and distribute invoices on schedule.
- Distribute products across the sales floor and manage returns to ensure the full size range is available.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in a retail setting.
- Dynamic, proactive approach with strong operational and organizational skills.
- Excellent aptitude for using IT tools.
- Availability to work shifts, particularly on weekends.
