Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments including HUB deliveries, third-party orders, and special orders with accuracy
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas, ensuring efficient merchandise management and accessibility
- Replenish sales floor merchandise on a timely basis to maximize sales volume and ensure appropriate inventory levels
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Execute operational tasks including inventory counts, markdowns, re-merchandising, and price changes
- Uphold stockroom organization standards including fixtures, hardware, and general cleanliness
- Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and follow company policies, procedures, and Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store appearance to reflect divisional standards
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with management and store team members
Qualifications
- Retail background preferred with previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating with sound judgment and taking initiative

Experience
Retail background preferred; previous management experience is a plus. Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management operations is advantageous.
