Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, HUB deliveries, third-party packages, and special orders
- Maintain an organized and clean stockroom and off-site storage areas
- Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well-represented on the sales floor
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines when placing and restocking merchandise
- Manage appropriate sales floor inventory levels to prevent stockouts
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as directed
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with team members and leadership
- Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Support customer service initiatives and follow all customer service guidelines
- Lead by example and demonstrate teamwork within store and company environments

- Retail background or previous experience in stockroom or warehouse operations
- Previous management experience preferred
