Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments including HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders
- Maintain a well-organized and efficiently managed stockroom and off-site storage area
- Prepare merchandise to floor-ready specifications according to brand standards
- Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner to maximize inventory representation
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Monitor sales floor inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock availability
- Execute markdowns, re-merchandising, and price change activities as directed
- Ensure stockroom organization, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of merchandise, fixtures, and hardware
- Support customer service initiatives and follow all customer service guidelines
- Maintain accuracy in all paperwork and follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols
- Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish store goals
- Demonstrate professional image, conduct, and adherence to divisional dress code policies
