Part-time stockroom associate position at TOMMY HILFIGER retail location in Carlsbad, California. The role encompasses merchandise receiving and shipping, stockroom organization, inventory management, and floor-ready processing to support optimal sales performance. The associate will maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor, and deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating proficiency in operational policies and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments from HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders with accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean stockroom and off-site storage areas
- Prepare merchandise to floor-ready standards in alignment with visual presentation guidelines
- Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain optimal style and size representation
- Monitor and adjust sales floor inventory levels to maximize sales volume
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising activities as directed
- Ensure store appearance reflects division standards and visual merchandising direction
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for all transactions
- Support customer service initiatives and follow all customer service guidelines
- Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish store goals
- Communicate professionally with store staff and management
