Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments from HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders with accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean stockroom and off-site storage areas
- Prepare merchandise to floor-ready standards in alignment with visual presentation guidelines
- Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor to maintain optimal style and size representation
- Monitor and adjust sales floor inventory levels to maximize sales volume
- Execute markdowns and re-merchandising activities as directed
- Ensure store appearance reflects division standards and visual merchandising direction
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program protocols
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for all transactions
- Support customer service initiatives and follow all customer service guidelines
- Work collaboratively as a team member to accomplish store goals
