Role & Responsibilities
- Process HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders for receiving and shipping operations
- Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas with appropriate merchandise, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness
- Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well-represented on the sales floor
- Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
- Preserve appropriate sales floor inventory levels and execute timely markdown and re-merchandising activities
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills and develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures
- Manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in all paperwork and documentation
- Ensure customer service is a priority and follow all customer service guidelines
- Motivate associates to meet goals and objectives while demonstrating teamwork and initiative
- Demonstrate professional image and conduct, adhere to divisional dress code policy, and ensure flexible scheduling as assigned
