Role & Responsibilities

• Process HUB, third-party deliveries, and special orders for receiving and shipping operations
• Maintain organized stockroom and off-site storage areas with appropriate merchandise, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness
• Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well-represented on the sales floor
• Maintain visual presentation standards consistent with division philosophy when placing and restocking merchandise
• Preserve appropriate sales floor inventory levels and execute timely markdown and re-merchandising activities
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills and develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures
• Manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in all paperwork and documentation
• Ensure customer service is a priority and follow all customer service guidelines
• Motivate associates to meet goals and objectives while demonstrating teamwork and initiative
• Demonstrate professional image and conduct, adhere to divisional dress code policy, and ensure flexible scheduling as assigned
• Maintain store appearance to reflect division standards and keep management informed of merchandise-related issues

Qualifications

• Retail background preferred with previous management experience
• Ability to build relationships with customers and maintain professional interactions
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandise handling
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems

Skills

Experience

Retail background preferred; previous management experience is a plus. Familiarity with stock receiving, shipping, and inventory management within a retail or warehouse environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
