Tommy Hilfiger seeks a Stock Team Leader for its La Vallée Village outlet location. The role encompasses team management, visual merchandising oversight, and inventory operations within a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to store management, the successful candidate will lead the stock team, oversee product placement and window displays according to brand guidelines, analyze sales performance and turnover metrics, and ensure optimal store presentation and organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, integrate, and develop stock and merchandising team members to ensure operational excellence
- Anticipate and co-organize merchandise display activities across the retail space
- Create engaging customer experiences through strategic product placement and visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines
- Implement and refresh product placement on the sales floor and window displays according to company standards
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, turnover indicators, and performance metrics to inform merchandise rotation and restocking decisions
- Oversee and execute promotional campaigns and commercial operations
- Recommend product selections to optimize merchandising performance and revenue
