Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Stock Supervisor for its DFO Homebush store in Sydney to oversee daily stock operations, deliveries, inventory movement, stockroom organisation, stock accuracy and loss prevention. The role partners with the Store Manager and store team and calls for prior supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day stock operations and ensure the back of house runs efficiently, working closely with the Store Manager and wider store team.
- Receive and process deliveries.
- Prepare stock for the shop floor.
- Manage stock movement into and out of the store.
- Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom.
- Support stock accuracy and loss prevention by ensuring inventory processes are followed and helping the team keep the right product in the right place at the right time.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or the retail apparel industry.
- Experience achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Excellent communication and extensive people management skills, with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic, with a positive attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry; experience achieving KPIs.
