Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for its South Wharf DFO team in Melbourne, Victoria. The role focuses on stock management, visual merchandising, team leadership and achieving retail KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, units per transaction (UPT), conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
- Manage stock and visual merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or the retail apparel industry.
- Experience achieving key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills, with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A vibrant, energetic and authentic approach, with a positive attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
