Stock Manager position at Tommy Hilfiger Hamburg with PVH. Lead warehouse operations and inventory management in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure oversight and execution of all warehouse operations and logistics tasks
- Lead, develop, and manage warehouse team members with a goal-oriented and collaborative approach
- Oversee goods receipt, inspection, and secure storage of merchandise
- Verify and control delivery documentation and shipping manifests
- Maintain and audit inventory accuracy and stock controls
- Execute merchandise transfers and order picking for omni-channel operations
- Operate omni-channel systems and digital inventory platforms
- Liaise with retail management, Retail Operations, and Merchandise Allocation teams to coordinate store-wide logistics
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or equivalent commercial apprenticeship
- Demonstrated hands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving approach
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and exceptional organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Education
